His current focus areas include advising on private placements, M&A transactions, SEBI regulations, and corporate compliance matters. With a keen interest in understanding deal structures and regulatory frameworks, Sanchit is steadily building his expertise in navigating complex capital market and skill set for drafting of transaction documents.

He is also committed to developing his commercial awareness alongside legal skills, which we believe is key to delivering well-rounded legal advice to our clients.
