Amrita Hardikar

Amrita has over 15 years of experience in the legal industry and holds a B.L.S., LL.B. degree from Government Law College.

She has worked with a multinational technology consulting company, where she provided end-to-end support for acquisitions across the APAC and European regions, with a focus on legal due diligence, post-merger integration, and contract management integration.

Amrita has also gained extensive experience in structured finance, handling documentation for securitization transactions for various banks and NBFCs, including bilateral transactions.

During her tenure, she also assisted with a wide range of corporate and commercial litigation matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
