Venkata has joined Agama Law Associates as an Associate Trainee in our General Corporate and Transactions practice.

His work is focused on a broad range of commercial and transactional matters, including M&A transactions, business transfers, commercial contracting, strategic advisory and regulatory compliance. He has experience across varied transaction structures, both M&A and non-M&A, and is steadily building a strong foundation in complex commercial transactions.

Venkata is developing a strong transactional practice with exposure across transaction execution, structuring, due diligence, commercial documentation, negotiations and closing processes. His ability to engage across diverse mandates and commercial issues positions him as an emerging transactional lawyer with a strong practical orientation.

His curiosity for the law, combined with a disciplined and solutions-oriented approach, makes him a strong addition to the Agama team.
