Drashti Joshi

Drashti has joined us as an Associate and will be a part of our General Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity & Venture Capital practice group. She brings with her a strong foundation in corporate law and a dedicated approach that aligns well with our client-first ethos.

At Agama, Drashti will be advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A deals, early and growth-stage investments, and general corporate advisory work. Her keen eye for detail results in the discovery of minute to significant legal and commercial issues in a transaction which makes her a strong addition to the team.

What sets Drashti apart is her composed and focused manner of working — even under high-pressure situations. She remains anchored to client objectives and consistently strives to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines. Her drive for excellence and accountability is evident in her approach to transaction management and client service.
