Before joining Agama, Robin was associated with Larsen & Toubro Limited, where he led legal functions for its semiconductor business and advised multiple business verticals, including green energy, defence, and heavy engineering, on corporate and commercial matters. His role involved advising on cross-border acquisitions, intellectual property transactions, and enterprise-level operational agreements, reflecting a strong command over both transactional and regulatory dimensions of corporate law.

Throughout his career, Robin has been closely involved in structuring and negotiating a wide range of deals across industries such as manufacturing, media and entertainment, technology, and infrastructure. He has worked with leading private equity funds and multinational corporations on high-value investments, exits, and strategic acquisitions, bringing with him significant expertise in due diligence, investment documentation, and transaction management.
