Sanchith has recently joined us as an Associate Trainee, and we are excited to have him onboard as part of our growing team.

He will be working closely with the Corporate and Capital Markets team, supporting a wide range of transactional and regulatory mandates. His current focus areas include advising on private placements, M&A transactions, SEBI regulations, and corporate compliance matters. With a keen interest in understanding deal structures and regulatory frameworks, Sanchit is steadily building his expertise in navigating complex capital market and skill set for drafting of transaction documents.

He is also committed to developing his commercial awareness alongside legal skills, which we believe is key to delivering well-rounded legal advice to our clients.
