Being long term projects continual legal engagement is necessary. Be it tender and bidding process, or arrangement with contractor, sub-contractor relationship, negotiations and modifications on the scope, commercials and various other parts of the projects, mainly in the field of in the transportation (road, rail and airports), ports and other sectors.

Agama has extensive experience in advising clients on various aspects of developing infrastructure projects and manufacturing facilities, in particular on equipment procurement, construction and services arrangements. We have also advised on a number of private public partnerships.
